I like the concept of an explorable sort of semi-sandbox you have going here and I think if you had more time to work on it and flesh it out it could be a really immersive bit of interactive story telling.

That being said: For the future, the dialog could use more depth & take all the time you need to take on art. Not bad for a class project I assume you did more or less by yourself. So Imagine what you'd be capable of if you weren't under such a strict deadline.

Honestly: If Dawnford: Day3653 popped up here in a year or two, I'd play it.

LaraCroft02 responds:

Thanks so much! I really wish I had more time and yes, I'll think of making another one for sure

I enjoyed it! I hope to see more of it in the future. Only issue I had was naming my character, For future players: right mouse button = Backspace

zuvizut responds:

I will see if there is a way to do that.
This was made in a game engine with presets, so I might not be able to.
I made the same mistake when testing! Don't worry!
I will update that in the description! Thanks!

I got trapped in the room with the dentist chair, it wouldn't let me out without the purple key, this happened more than once. where's a locksmith when I need one? Had to start over. Otherwise another good SelfDefiant game. So I'm still givin' out 10/10.

Update: I noticed the screwdriver on my next playthrough. I'm not proud of myself, lol.

WorldEscapeGames responds:

Hello,

Thank you for playing the game and for your comment. Did you notice that at the bottom of the dentist chair, there is a screwdriver... the screwdriver needed to be used on the vent and inside of the vent was the famous purple key.

Best regards,

I broke it. Hahaha. A shirt came up for "$undefined.00" So I bought it and ended up with" $NaN.00" and essentially had infinite money for the rest of the time I played.

JackAstral responds:

Ahaha I really screwed up some code. It's finally fixed now though. Thanks for playing :b

Unity won't do diddly for me since I use Linux and as far as I know Unity still doesn't support it.
I was a big fan of Lab of The Dead & I don't see how this game would be any less entertaining in a charmingly dark and gruesome way. I'll still give you all these stars I had in my pocket, don't mind the lint.

Evil-Dog responds:

thanks man! a shame you can't play it. Get it on your smartphone if you have one.
PM me if you want a linux standalone version.

I see it when I close my eyes. I seriously can't stop playing it. It's maddening. In a good way. I managed to work my way up to " Inanimate carbon rod" ! If that's a reference, I had a good chuckle.

Ag43t-47 responds:

Haha I'm glad someone noticed the reference :D

I liked it but the controls are just too darn sensitive. Luiz, you jump and slide friggin everywhere and I suggest you lay off the caffeinated beverages. :P

luizhsrocha responds:

he he he. Thanks! I'm going to fix this "friction issue" and also make the controls clearer to the user.

Awesome, but your walk through only goes up to level thirty. I found myself stuck on forty two.

Other than a single spelling error ( Cribe instead of Crib.) great game.

Emby responds:

Consider it fixed. Thanks.

Decent game. Good job. Only issue is that the tips in the bottom get cut off in normal screen.

TestTubeGames responds:

Oh, thanks for pointing that out. I think I've fixed that now.
